There is a very nice guy that I knew back in my university town that I chat with via facebook. He lives in Ottawa now and is trying to make it big as a rock star. He’s very sweet but very awkward and on the large side, like me. Like I said, he’s really sweet, but I don’t feel as though we’d do well together, though I’ve always suspected he had a crush on me.
Tonight, he was drunk and msged me.
Him : Hey, wanna know something funny? I’ve had two DIFFERENT people ask if we were dating.
Me : lmao really? who asked?
Him : Yeah, seriously? Like, super funny, right?
We chatted for a few more moments, then he went offline and changed his status to : I don’t want to alarm you, but I might be what you always wanted.
Dammit.
I hate attracting awkward boys.
That little jealousy monster has exploded into a full blown, “Am I Invisible?” one.
There was a thank you email sent out to all three makeup classes this am highlighting the students who spoke, did makeup and modeled at our open house. My name wasn’t on the list.
I think I’m just going to sulk this weekend.
Bad
1) I felt a little jealousy monster eating me up tonight when I modelled for one of my bff classmates at the VFS open house tonight. I really want to be at the same level of talent as he is, but regardless I’m super happy for him and he performed marvellously under some tough conditions. Bitch is going places.
2) He was directing my face with his free hand at one point and had his finger tips resting on my jawline ever so gently. It reminded me that I haven’t felt a gentle touch like that in AGES!!! The most “action” I’ve gotten lately is from him and another gay friend grabbing my boobs while we were all drunk. I need straight boys in my life…
Good
I had to wear my Ursula costume again for the open house tonight and it kept falling off me! It’s too big! When I first made it for Halloween last month it fight perfectly. I didn’t realize that I’d lost weight!! WIN!!!
Something in the apartment smells like boy. It’s weird.
My class is BIG on music and we’re constantly making mix cds. I’m making my first disc and while I can generally enjoy anything the others bring in, I’m right paranoid that no one is going to like the songs I bring.
I feel like I’m 14 again.
